carrot cupcake with cream cheese topping

nama customer ni dean..masa mula2 dia email i dia bagitau nak order cupcake utk wife dia on their wedding anniversary..and asking for my suggestion coz dia xtau sgt pasal cupcakes..ada jgk dia fwd a few design yg dia suka..i said i ok jer on apa saja design yg dia nak..unfortunately dia xberapa suka dgn buttercream..cepat muak..he did mention yg wife dia suka sgt dgn choc moist..a good choice actually..and i proposed my speciality flavor which is carrot cupcake w cream cheese..lepas dah communicate dean finally agreed to my proposal to have the carrot cupcake & dia minta i buat aja apa2 design related to romance & love..well, i said the strawberry itself dh represent romance..to me la..and he's ok with it..
he came out with the wording..yupp simple but yet i know it is so meaningful to them both kan..
cupcake dah siap and masa utk deliver..dean actually nak buat surprise to his wife tapi bila i fikir2 balik macamana pulak nak buat surprise if dia dtg amik cupcakes tu together with his wife..hmmm..masa i dah sampai kt pick up point the idea came..instead of i bagi kat dean cupcake tu..i dgn muka selambanya terus ke pintu kereta tempat duduk wife dia..i tgk muka wife dean 'nani' mcm ala2 pelik jer bila nmpk i..i pun bukak pintu kereta dean and tadaaaa...'happy anniversary'.. best jgk bila dpt buat surprise kat org ni kan..
anyway, x lama lepas tu dean sms kata yg nani suka sgt dgn the idea and in shocked..and what makes me more happy was they both and the family likes the cupcakes 'BEST GILE!!!
